The techs that come out are extremely professional, polite, and are very careful of your home treating it with the utmost respect. The problem lies with the secretary, Karen. Karen does her absolute best to strong arm her customers into her schedule and her priority demanding that you conform to her schedule with no regard for what you have going on in your schedule. Karen refuses to accommodate you and encourages you to leave your home unlocked to let the techs in on the day she schedules you. Her lack of customer service and attitude cost her more than one customer today.

Highly recommend! Phenominal service these guys go above and beyond. We had mega bug issues when we bought this new to us house. Those problems are no more. We live in the middle of the woods so its an uphill battle. We have added services for mosquitos and ticks and man what a difference it has made. We have been using East Vol Pest for over three years and yesterday was the first time I was home for the service and got to spend some time with the tech. I saw how thorough he was and it was impressive. A breath of fresh air now with how most companies do the bare minimum and charge as much as possible. He was super kind and informative and it was really nice to get to spend some time learning some things from him. It was such a nice experience I called the main office to brag on him. Anyway do not hesitate to do business with these guys!
