These guys are GREAT!!! I was out of town for a vacation before Christmas and my water pump went out. They were so very nice and had my car fixed by the next day! Car is running great!!!

We were traveling to see family when we started to smell smoke and our tire pressure monitor light came on. We pulled off the interstate and fortunately the first thing that came up on Google was Dependable Auto repair in Lenoir city. We pulled into the shop as they were getting ready to close and explained the situation to the owner and he helped us when he did not have to. He looked at our car and made sure that it was safe and replaced our tire pressure monitor so that we could get our family home. When we went to pay, he said “Merry Christmas, it’s on us”. After having to deal with a very difficult shop in Loudon on these Hercules Tires Jeramy took me in gave me a quote on a new set of 4 even upgraded to a better Hercules tire for next time! Love these guys in and out in less than 15 minutes!!! For 33” 20’s that’s fast! Appreciate it guys!! Future business coming your way!!
