Buckeye Medical in Lenoir City was really helpful when a Hospital Bed was needed for a family member. Laura and Sherry helped navigate all the steps necessary to get a bed delivered and set up. They helped get the doctor's prescription and paperwork, coordinated with Medicare and the insurance company and had the bed delivered and set up on a rushed time schedule. Both Laura and Sherry (sorry if the spelling isn't correct) we're available to answer our questions and make suggestions. My thanks to the Buckeye team that helped us through this part of a difficult time. I highly recommend Buckeye Home Medical Supply.

We have had a wonderful experience with Buckeye Medical in both the Lenoir City and Crossville locations. They are wonderful people to work with. Pam Bates is over the Advanced Pulmonary Program. She works closely with Quality Home Health case management and made sure that my step-father, who has COPD, received the necessary equipment. We are so thankful for Pam’s due diligence in seeing this process through for us.

I would highly recommend this company. They assisted my elderly mother with the Medical equipment needed to enhance her quality of life. The staff there was eager to help and quickly delivered the equipment purchased. They even set it up and went over how the equipment functions. Very professional, kind and caring staff.
