Vanderbilt Integrated Gastroenterology

I have been calling him for 5 days and have not been answered, this is something I really needed his help on.something that is really bad I have called someone else and they are really trying to me today. So it has been a miserable time for me.

I understand the overbooking of a provider but damn man, it’s causing him to not take proper care of his patients. He just called my phone accusing me of something I didn’t say and misunderstood everything I said and now he’s basing my healthcare plan off a colonoscopy I had in 2022 almost 4 years ago as if things can’t progress or change and after all of that to solve nothing at the end of the phone call! Vanderbilt’s gastroenterology has to be the worst department.

Needed a follow up to get a prescription and had to wait two months for an appointment. Got a call today saying they needed to reschedule me from Thursday to this Tuesday. Called to make the appointment and was told sorry the next available is late January. No respect for it patient’s time or needs. Will seek a new provider.
