Great first time experience for my 7 year old. He was feeling nervous about the appointment until we got there. Everyone was very nice and my son quickly warmed up to them. The Doctor was great and took his time. Answered all my questions and concerns.
The appointment was at 4pm, we were brought back at 4:01. Took about 45 mins in all for the exam, chat about results, pick out a pair of glasses, and pay. My son left happy and he’s ready to go back and see all the nice people. Highly recommend.
I've only been going here for about a year but I can tell you that Dr. Durocher is awesome! His "bedside manner" is extremely good and has always shot straight with me, but in a relatively delicate manner. I don't plan on going anywhere else for my eye "needs".
I was very impressed with the entire staff. The reception at the desk was very friendly. Dr. Durocher was very patient with me and he aslo explained everything very well. I highly recommend this place of business.
