Extremely overpriced compared to all other dentists in Lebanon, I guess we're paying for their decor anytime we open the door. I got quoted over $5,000 for what ended up being less than $3,000 worth of work, and the whole reason I went was because I had a tooth in pain and they refused to do anything for it, whether that be removing it or otherwise. I went in just to try to get a tooth pulled and I they ended up scratching up all my teeth, making my mouth sensitive to heat and cold for months. I would not recommend visiting this nightmare.

Newman Dental was recommended by our neighbor after I shared with her I had a terrible cleaning in MJ. They have now cleaned my teeth twice and I decided to do invisalign to fix a couple areas of my teeth that were esthetically bothering me. Cleanings were thorough and painless, his staff is very kind and caring and pays attention to detail and the invisalign process has been easy and seamless, only 5 more weeks to go. I highly recommend!

Would not recommend. My wife broke a tooth and was calling around to find someone to help with it. After calling a couple of other dentists who said No, she reached out here and after explaining it to them, was told she would have to wait in the office but they would work her in so she wouldn't have to go until her actual dentist appointment on Monday. I took time off of work to take her and left early. The receptionist was very friendly and got the paperwork quick, and my wife was seen quicker than I thought she would be. They gave her an x-ray that most insurance only pays for once a year, and told her they don't have time today, even though they said on the phone they did. Then they tried to schedule her for the following Wed, even though she said she had an appointment with a real dentist on Mon. The only thing they did in the end was give a an antibiotic even though she is in pain, and sent her on her way while trying to justify wasting our time instead of letting us look for someone who could actually do what they said. We were originally happy to find this place as we wanted a dentist that is not in Mt Juliet.

Went in for a broken molar and was told there were 2 that were bad, he said he could pull them both for $400 or he could save them for $4,500. I said pull them and after X-ray and pulling one (the one that wasn’t broken) he rescheduled the 2nd over time constants and charged me $420. Went back 2 weeks later and I told him the pain meds he prescribed didn’t help the first time and we needed to change it for this one, he x-rayed again, pulled the second molar gave me a prescription for the exact same pain meds that didn’t work and gave me another bill for $400. Three days later a stitch came loose and my gum was flapping around and hurting so I stop in the office, they quickly get me in the Dr looks and says yep one came loose but I everything looks good just try not to fool with it and sends me on my way… I guess I should feel lucky I didn’t get a bill. Everyone was very nice and it’s a fancy place but this is by far the worst dental experience I have ever had.

*Avoid at all costs* We were referred here but that turned out to be a mistake. We made the appointment and provided our insurance but on appointment day we waited 30 minutes in the lobby just to be told that they in fact do not. This wasn’t the end of the world for us, however, the receptionist-Lisa, spoke to us extremely sarcastically and as if she thought she were better than us or was smarter than we were. Very unprofessional and I would be embarrassed to have her as the face of my business. Lisa’s attitude not only cost Newman Dental my family’s business but also this review that I will post everywhere humanly possible.
