Our air conditioning unit quit working and from a referral I reached out to K & S Hearing and Air, and talked with Kameron. He was able to get someone out the same day to check it out.
He sent out Noah who was here at the time expected, he looked over the unit and explained in detail what the issue was. He even showed me the part and what he was replacing. He was able to replace the part to get us up and running again. What a super nice and polite guy!! Thank you Noah and I would highly recommend K & S for any air conditioner needs.
Cole unclogged and rebuilt a drain line and we discussed several options for the service or possible replacement of a 20 year old HVAC unit with no pressure to do one particular thing.
We also discussed options for 2 TPAC units, which I decided to postpone, again with no pressure. I will definitely be using this company again.
We had Cole come out and diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Not only was Cole extremely informative, he gave us great advice on how to maintain and prolong the life of our Unit.
