I had a great experience with Busy Bee Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. Specifically, the replace all of the water pipes in our home and upgraded our hot water heater to a tankless water heater. We had a issue with a pipe leak shortly after install, and the response on a Sunday was instant. A crew was sent out to correct the leak and we were only without water service for a couple of hours. Additionally, follow on questions were answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Busy Bee for their plumbing services.

Highly recommend! We loved working with this team. They were not only friendly, but also quick to book and fix the issues. We loved them so much, we upgraded to the Halo water filter on the whole house and the new Essency water heater. We could not be happier. Busy Bee does good work and is very responsive and pro-active. The only negative I have is their fixed pricing system. My belief is that when you are on-site you should analyze a task at time-and-material. If the tech is efficient and knowledgeable, you will always get a fair price. I was quoted over $800 for a job that was going to take about 1 to 1.5 hours and about $50 in materials to complete. They completed the main task I had them engaged in (uncloggling the bathroom sink drain), I did not have them do the additional task as it was not a necessity anyway.
