Chris is amazing! He arrived on time. He was super nice and professional. He knows his stuff. He really helped me with my air conditioning questions and concerns. He was fantastic. I would highly recommend Chris for anything you need with your HVAC unit. If you have an HVAC, you need Chris.
Wonderful experience! Chris and his team were professional and personable. They cleaned our AC units of mold and added technology to clean our indoor air from the “nasties”. They also installed a house-wide dehumidifier to reduce overall humidity in the house and basement. When they were done, they totally cleaned up all areas of the house where they were working and walking through, including vacuuming. We did not need to do a follow up clean. If it were possible to give 6 stars, that’s what Integrity would receive. Their name truly reflects their work. Thank you, Chris & team!
Chris with Integrity gave us clear, trustworthy advice on how to deal with air quality issues stemming from our HVAC system. He was extremely thorough in his inspection, answered my numerous questions in detail, and provided a clear estimate of recommended work. If you are dealing with air quality issues - especially if things like mold sensitivity are making you sick - you must call Integrity. I've had several other vendors look at my system, and none identified our root issues.
