A real healing experience. My ankle (for one😊) has been a constant source of discomfort for years, as with all my injuries, CCs treatment has been very effective in getting the problem resolved, not just treated.

Dr. House has helped my husband so much over the years! This practice has replaced all other doctors who wanted to do more invasive treatments, that never seemed to work long term. You couldn't ask for more caring and knowledgeable staff!

I recently had a frustrating experience at Cumberland Chiropractic that I feel compelled to share. Despite being a returning patient, I was charged as a new patient during my last visit. This was incredibly disappointing especially since I have been there before.
The staff seemed unhelpful when I raised my concerns, and it felt like my loyalty as a returning patient didn’t matter. I understand that policies can change, but clearly the office manager is more concerned about the all mighty DOLLAR.
I hope the office considers reviewing their billing practices to ensure returning patients aren’t unfairly charged. It’s a shame, as I was previously satisfied with the care I received. I will have to reconsider my options moving forward.
