All the guys that work there work hard, remember their regulars, and always take a moment to say hi and wave to my 3 year old son in the back carseat (who is always so excited to visit the car wash).
Jacob, Garrett and Howard provide amazing customer service - every time!! This is the kind of customer service you remember small businesses having but so many have lost any sort of personal interaction, driven solely by the bottom line, where profit margins are more important than people. Thank you Tidal Wave, Lawrenceburg for keeping old school customer service alive. Whoever owns manages this car wash is doing a great job. I love my monthly membership and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
We love washing our cars at Tidal. We also appreciate having towels available. Great service. This past time Jacob and Ethan did an amazing job pre-scrubbing our truck. We would recommend this car wash.
