I typically don't submit reviews for items purchased or for services received, but I am making an exception for my
purchase and services received from Tennessee Happy Homes.
One of the main reasons I chose TNHH was the fact that they don't just sell you a house; they also offer full-service support and assistance with financing, property preparation, utility setups, and foundations.
What a relief it was to know I wouldn't have to deal with contractors and whatever else was needed to complete the before and after delivery of my house. The lifetime home warranty was also an important factor in my decision to purchase from Tennessee Happy Homes.
