One of the main reasons I chose TNHH was the fact that they don't just sell you a house; they also offer full-service support and assistance with financing, property preparation, utility setups, and foundations.
What a relief it was to know I wouldn't have to deal with contractors and whatever else was needed to complete the before and after delivery of my house. The lifetime home warranty was also an important factor in my decision to purchase from Tennessee Happy Homes.
The following is a timeline of the process after my loan approval and move-in day:
Property preparation started on March 23, 2026
House was delivered on April 8, 2026
Utility setups (electric, septic and well) were completed by May 4, 2026
Received keys and ready to move into house on May 27, 2026
