Kristan was friendly, polite & did a great job highlighting my hair. However, I was told it would take about 2 hours but it was almost 3. When I scheduled the appt, I also asked that my layers be trimmed & she gave me the package price of $86. I didn't get the trim but was still charged $86. If I had more time, I would have asked for the trim before my stylist started to finish, but I had to pick up my grandson from school.
The stylist who did my hair, Billie (I may be getting her name wrong, I'm sorry if I am!), did amazing. I went in and told her what I wanted and she was honest with me and said we could do certain things but because of my hair we couldn't do others. We talked about what I ultimately wanted, which was to be as blonde as possible (I'm a natural brunette and as I've gotten older it's turned a reddish brown). I opted for my usual balayage and curtain bangs - the same look I've had since 2019.
