I came here wanting Electrical Heating, and a submarine. They told me that such a request directly contradicts their business mantra... I went home and had a pizza, it had pepperoni on it. I enjoyed it very much, next time I will think before i put my foot in it, not the pizza, just metaphorically you know!

Used them for a number of years. When I had a lightning strike take out both units, they helped me with the insurance claim and got 2 new full systems plus surge protectors. When I have had any issues they fixed under warranty and have always been friendly. Even when waiting for a part, they made sure the unit was going enough to keep it manageable until it came in. Would recommend!

Our air went out yesterday - with it being late July in middle TN, it didn’t take long for the temperature in my house to get out of control. I have three little kids, so this was not ideal! I called 5 places and no one could get us in for days. I was on the verge of tears when my husband found JC Mechanical’s website. I called (without feeling hopeful) and was so surprised when he said he could be here within an hour!! Our air was back on within 2 hours of me calling them - I cannot recommend enough!
