I’m in town due to a family emergency. I desperately need a polish change. For some reason I thought they were open today Sunday, June 7th. I walked in and they were cleaning. I apologize and was on my way out. They ask what I need and I said polish change. They told me to pick a color and would be happy to do it! This is the type of customer service that you don’t see anymore. I’m so grateful for their kindness. I will definitely be back anytime I am in town!!
The man who did my nails did an amazing job and definitely understood the assignment, and the lady who did my partners nails turned out amazing as well. Very kind and respectful, definitely will be back ♡
The first time me and my daughter and I got our nails done, mine were amazing, but my daughter was not all the way back to the cuticle, so it looked like they had already grown out. We went a second time, my nails. I had red tips with a white line, and my ring finger had the American flag on it. The lines on my right hand were thicker than the left, and I had bubbles in my gel polish. I'm doing all this on my real nails, and they have filed them to where they are not rounded off correctly, my daughter didn't get to see the one she was scheduled to see she had to see the one who messed her nails up last time and again the same out come!
