I have had a Southland Log Home since 2010. All the reviewers seemed happy at that time, except for some issues with doors and windows. So I asked if they could back those out of my contract for credit, which they did. I got Pella to bring my doors and windows. I asked for some minor changes to the floor plan, and they had an architect make changes. The contractor did a great job on the build. It was little delayed: the wood was delivered April 1, 2010, and we were told it would take until August. We moved into it by Thanksgiving. I had a problem with some of the wood delivered for the vaulted ceiling - it had black and gray stains on it, looked like from some metal bands...read full review

We continue to partner and strategize the building of our log cabin. Southland has been very helpful and honest throughout the process. Outstanding quality and integrity in their building partnership

Mr. Gill Clark was the BEST, his willingness to provide us with the best solution for what we were looking for, but we didn't have the land to do it, I will highly recommend Southland Log Homes
