Really impressed and completely satisfied with how quickly Midsouth Appliance came out took care of our issues with our dryer and washer. Franky was awesome to work with talking to him on the phone. Very helpful and flexible. He said it wouldn’t take him long to fix what he knew he had to fix. He was right. He was in and out. Stealth.

My washer died and put me in a bind last minute needing to do a lot of laundry. Franky went out of his way to help me around his already packed schedule and got my washing machine fixed! 10/10. Very professional and knowledgeable, with prompt communication by phone and text.

I would like to say this is a good company....I can't because they are a great company. Franky is amazing..awesome person with the skills to backnit up. He has worked on my washers for over a year and I highly recommend him to anyone. Everything I had go wrong he took care of it in short time. All of my work was warranty work and I didn't have to lift a finger except to make the call... Thanks to you all for taking care of The Goldton!!!
