Overall a quality home. Had a few minor issues initially, but Lake Forest Homes made it right. I appreciate their prompt responsiveness and follow-up service.
After hearing some experiences our neighbors have had with other local builders, I am glad we purchased from Lake Forest.
We have lived in one of the properties for almost a year (hopefully we can renew). We have had nothing short of a great experience. Property manager is a gem and so easy to communicate with. If any issues have occurred they’ve been fixed quickly. Highly recommend!
