I am an adult returning to playing my viola after many years. I brought my viola to the shop expecting to have to trade for a different instrument, but Ian evaluated and serviced it. Then, he explained my options, and he was so knowledgeable and kind. We decided to upgrade the strings and I bought a new bow, which was on sale for the holidays! I feel like I have a completely new instrument, and I couldn’t be happier. I also met the owner who is very nice. I will definitely be back.

I had a pleasant experience with these nice folks. I needed some strings and set up so I started there. It wasn’t possible to get a set up and the strings I bought were wrong for my instrument, however they refunded my purchase without any problem. I surely appreciate that.

Excellent shop. Excellent service, instruments quality and price. I have 4 kids and honestly they are stress free, super polite, efficient at maintaining the instruments tuned and everything we've needed so far. I highly recommend them!
