Had a wonderful experience visiting this facility as a new patient parent. From the time I called for information, through the check in call after my pet's visit, the staff has been wonderful. Everyone has been so kind and caring, very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend and look forward to a long future of care for my pets with West Hills AH.
Great Vet and a great staff!
I have a very energetic and accident prone dog. Dr. Brent and his staff have always taken care of us with patience, care, and understanding.
Recently, My dog broke 2 nails down to the quick and Dr. Brent and crew squeezed us in late that afternoon and got my boy fixed up and back to us that evening.
We are lucky to have them as a Vet!
My Yorkie has seasonal allergies that we're getting the best of her overnight, it seemed. I called to make an appointment for her to receive an injection hoping to be seen within the next few days so that she could get some relief. Dr. Matt answered the phone when I called, and was happy to get us in within the next few hours! You can't ask for better service!
