I wanted to give a compliment to Mario, he came to our store yesterday to do our pest control service. Mario introduced himself and was very thorough with spraying all the areas He asked if we had any concerns and if anything comes up to let him know. He also keeps the outside free of spider webs. Great customer service

This would have been a 5-Sar review, but the Birmingham office had a disconnect on getting my treatment scheduled. After I got the schedule resolved, Scott Creswell called me late in the day and told me when he would arrive. Scott is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he did an excellent job for us inside and on the outside of our home. He is the kind of person that would be an asset at any company. He deserves a pay increase or any bonus you can provide for him. Thanks Scott!
