The 5 stars are for Robert. I went in with my daughter to get her makeup, not knowing what to get as I don’t wear makeup. Robert was so helpful and got us everything we need for my daughter and explained how to put it on. So thankful Robert came up to us and helped us. We were both quite overwhelmed coming into the store

I walked into Ulta just after they opened and was greeted with a smile and was asked if I needed anything. I said that I didn't and went hunting for the make up that I needed. Got some much needed make up and decided to go back to the ladies because I did need help. I asked them if they had an idea about possible cover up for dark circles under my eyes and some serum to use as well. Dani F. was really kind in helping me. They are always busy but able to help finding products. My only complaint is there pick up service. Whenever I make an online order. I park in the designated spot but there is nowhere on the app or website to check in. And I end up having to go in and then the sales associate says they are having trouble in there and two. So this is happened multiple times and they are not fixing it. Hands up in the air! They sure do have a lot of products here though. One thing I just picked up, I absolutely love.
