Andy (employee) was freakin amazing! Because of him I bought new skin care products (Exuviance) which I am absolutely loving 🥰 He was so knowledgeable about the products. I asked about a few different other brands and he was on top of it. I was really impressed with him. If u need any beauty advice or recommendations he’s your person!!
After having to tell a manager of a store completely unrelated to Ulta about a traumatic experience with customer service, I left shaken up just from reliving the trauma. I went to Ulta, thought, “I’m not in the right frame of mind to shop”, but decided to push through. As I went through the store, 👏🏻 every 👏🏻 single 👏🏻 employee made sure to ask me if I was finding everything all right, gave me warm smiles, helped me find products I was looking for, went above and beyond and pointed out other options, and were so incredibly kind. I went in the store late about 15 minutes before I realized they closed but Ian who greeted me so kind and helped me find a product. They didn't have it in stock but I was able to order it and have it shipped to my home for free. It's the end of the day I would have understood if no one wanted to greet me or help me before the closed but I appreciate Ian so much!
