Zack and his team are excellent. I came to Trinity needing to address a painful sciatic nerve problem in my back and leg. Zack worked with me one on one and within a couple months it was all but gone. I have transitioned to the group classes and have to say that it is the best gym experience I have ever had. Classes are small and the instructors are great about working with you to develop correct habits and appropriate exercises.
I’ve been in many gyms and worked with many coaches/trainers over that time (20+ years) Zach is one of the best. He stays up to date on the latest research with not only workouts, but injury prevention and nutrition. He preaches form with all workouts which is often overlooked for quick gains. He developed a workout program for me to achieve specific goals while also working around old injuries and strengthening weak areas I was unaware of. He truly works and pushes you to total body fitness -physical, mental and spiritual.
