They were able to schedule the job, a retrofit of our 60-year-old kitchen drain and water feeds, quickly; in fact, they were ready to proceed before we could be ready.
Marc, the technician who performed the work, was personable, professional, informative, tidy – and performed the job in well better than a workmanlike manner. We would choose to work with him again in a heartbeat!

I cannot say enough great things about Jake and The Plumbing Authority! I had a full house re-pipe done a little over three years ago and I noticed a leak behind my refrigerator yesterday creating a puddle in my crawl space. I called, and Jake was out first thing this morning. He quickly fixed the leak, inspected all of the plumbing connections, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also signed up for their annual PAC plan, which includes draining the water heater and a full inspection, and he went ahead and drained the water heater while he was here.
