This was our first time. I use another vet as primary but the price was getting too ridiculous for me to afford. I saw good reviews on The Gentle Doctor of East Tennessee and thought I'd give them a try. They were great. Their process is different than what we are used to. They take your furry child to the back instead of us waiting in a room with her. It's different but I'm sure it's much more time efficient for them. They have separate waiting areas for dogs and cats which is nice compared to regular vets with just one large waiting room. She was perfectly fine when we got back home, no issues. She was just here for a wellness check and some shots. We'll be back again.
I called and they gave me an appointment the next day for my two dogs and they were great about clipping there nails and there shots
This place is nice and clean decently priced neutering and spaying. And the office staff is very nice and polite.
