Patients are greeted by a warm and friendly staff who make them feel comfortable and at home. The facility is modern, clean, and conveniently located. The doctors, including Dr. Ben H, are thorough, kind, and professional, providing exceptional care. The staff's kindness, care, and professionalism are praised, and the veteran-owned practice is highly recommended.
Tennessee Eye Care charges $20 to provide you with your pupillary distance. The selection of frames is quite small and costs are higher than I've seen at comparable eye clinics.
I and my entire family have been going to TN Eye Care (which is now Knoxville Eye Care (KEC)) for 30 years! We have become friends with staff members over the years. We will continue to go there as long as we live. The facility is very new, modern, clean, and in a centralized location. Their kindness, care, and professionalism is amazing! KEC is veteran owned and run... it can't get any better than that.
Dr Ben H was very thorough and of course very kind.At least 2 other doctors previously looked at a small thing on my eye lid w/o concern even with me pointing it out. He sent me straight to get it biopsied and of course it was cancer. Even if that had not happened, I’d still highly recommend him.
