In 2 weeks time I have started feeling better, learning the correct exercises I need to heal my body and get strong again. Evan has been so helpful in getting my appointments scheduled and helping with general information about Temple Human Performance. Paul is an excellent physiotherapist and provides great patient care and support.
As far as I am concerned, Paul Kelly is a miracle worker. He has taken me from having excruciating neck and shoulder pain to having no pain with the exception of an occasional flareup. I have extensive cervical stenosis and the surgeon had already told me that the only solution was neck surgery, where they would insert a cage and clean out tons of neck issues, bone spurs, bulging discs, etc. With the surgery, I would lose at least 40% of my neck mobility. Even knowing that it would probably take more than one surgery, and I would lose mobility, I was ready for the surgery as fast as we could schedule it. Excellent experience from start to finish every visit. Hope doesn’t just do the work and leave, she is actively invested in your wellbeing outside of your appointments without the feeling of being pressured to buy anything.
I recommend visiting for a wellness checkup, times are tough and a voluntary wellness checkup is cheaper than a missed day at work!
