Stacey Hinkle is the Physicians Assistant taking care of my family. We are not new to Summit. We just recently changed to this practice. Our experience started at the check in desk. VIcki and Sara were wonderful and greeted us with a smile. There was a hiccup with my oldest child's insurance and they took it in stride and helped us. We have only ever waited 15 minutes in the lobby. Dawn, Stacey's nurse, is cheerful and took excellent care of my daughter. She has a phobia of needles. These two women are a true delight and have helped me every time I've called regarding any question I have. The experience starts with making the appointment. On average why call attempt to make an appointment average nine minutes. I have pcalled on several occasions. Still waiting on physical results. Portal has not been updated with physical results. I love my Dr. Dr. Showalter is the only reason I’m staying with Summit Medical group
