I have been very impressed with the quality of help, cabinets, installation, and follow-through that Standard Kitchen & Bath has provided. Mary Johnson, in particular, hit a homerun with everything I wanted. She listened and made sure she understood what I wanted, drew it out on paper, discussed pros and cons, provided advice on how to figure out the exact height of cabinets I wanted, and never once tried to convince me that I didn't really want something just because it was not "standard". She didn't try to up-sale me on things I neither wanted nor needed, rather listened and made suggestions of things I hadn't thought about that would enhance my unique likes and dislikes....read full review
I am so incredibly pleased with the entire experience with Standard Kitchen and Bath. I contacted them two months before I was ready to move 2200 miles to a home I purchased. As I had the floor plan, Stacy Bussell arranged for Ray Bell to draw up plans for a new laundry room as well as gliding drawers in my kitchen. I had the plans within three weeks. After I approved them, the owner contacted me directly for payment and gave me his direct line if I ever needed anything. Upon arrival, Ray Bell came to my home personally to see if we could also install gliders in my bathrooms. He and I agreed that with the plumbing, the gliders would be impractical and would cut off...read full review
