They cut off the online checkin so don't trust it (if it's near their closing time.)It wasn't working for over an hour and a half before they closed, yet other locations showed 0 wait or 15mins. This location is closest to me so I called...they wouldn't tell me the current wait time.I was only told "if you arrive 30 minutes before we close, they would be able to see me."When I arrived, 3 employees were sitting around with nobody else in the building.That aside, the haircut was great

I've brought my son to this location for 3 years. We've had good and mostly ok experiences, nothing amazing or horrible. We had such a bad experience last time that we will never be back. My son, after a year of growing his hair out was excited about a dramatic hair change and we came in with a picture and easy peasy description. Basic boys haircut, short in back and sweeping past his eyes in the front. The lady we ended up with proceeded to argue if we wanted that cut and even stated, "well I'm not trying to argue, but you're acting like it isn't a big change". Perfect experience. Efficient, friendly and relaxing. Sally provided a great cut, in accordance with my instructions, and contributed just the right amount of fun conversion to kill the time. The other stylists were equally as engaging! Of course, the facility and theme were awesome!
