Not only is she very informative about her job, but she’s very easy to work with, and she’s a very understanding human being, she’s an intellectual, and also has common sense Unlike the employees at the Chapman Highway location( who are too incompetent to do beard trims) This employee deserves a raise or deserves to be with the management team! We love the lady that cuts our 5 years old hair! I think her name is Lori or Lauren. I may be completely wrong lol but we've gone to her for his last 3 haircuts and we absolutely love the style she does for his hair and also our son has autism and she is so gentle with him and he is so calm for her for that so we really enjoy it there! First visit to this business. Let me just say im amazed and love this barber shop! Chelsea immediately took me in and is the nicest most professional barber/stylist I’ve probably ever had. Did not expect the hot towel or head massage! The shoulder massage at the end was epic! Chelsea loosened something up in my shoulders that let me crack my neck for the first time in months. I feel like a new man. Thank you Chelsea :) i will be back
