I had a bit of a mixed experience initially, but the way it was handled completely won me over.
One of my treatments didn’t go as expected and caused very visible irritation on my face that lasted about a week. However, Kara, the manager, went truly above and beyond to make things right. She followed up multiple times without me ever needing to reach out, and her level of care and professionalism was exceptional. It’s the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore, and I was so impressed.
I also had a facial with Madison that was absolutely amazing. So relaxing, and my skin looked and felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward.

Everything was exceptional from the moment I walked in to the very end of my experience. Every detail felt intentional and elevated, creating exactly the atmosphere I had envisioned.

my 15 year old daughter received a gift card for Christmas for her first facial ever. she got the Acne Facial and we were blown away! she saw results instantly and she had a wonderful experience! Emma was GREAT with her explaining things and what she may expect following the facial. she also gave her some great advice about double cleansing. the entire staff was welcoming and very professional. we can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!!
