From start to finish, our entire experience was nothing but the best. Jack, Heather, Jimmy, Dean and the installation crew were excellent. I can’t recommend Smith enough! Thank you all for treating me like family and not just another transaction!
I can't say enough about their staff. Everyone is absolutely amazing between being knowledgeable to their customer service. Shout outs to Jack, Jimmy, Ethan, Heather, and Dean for just being amazing. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. Thank you everyone who was involved with our unit, and the replacement of it. I can finally breathe and know that my family will be warm this winter and cool in the coming summer.
Highly recommend this company. Jack is friendly and knowledgeable. I have had bad luck with other HVAC companies in the past, but this experience was completely different. I will be sticking with Smith Mechanical Heating & Air from now on!
