SmartStyle Hair Salon in Knoxville offers a wide range of hair services for women, men, and kids, including haircuts, color services, perms, styling, and waxing. Customers appreciate the relaxing environment and the quality of service. One reviewer highlighted a great haircut and wash. However, some concerns have been raised about the salon's appearance, as it seems to be undergoing a remodel, with an uncomfortable layout and flooring issues. A few stylists have received praise for their expertise and ability to provide excellent suggestions for hairstyles, ensuring clients leave satisfied. Maria is particularly loved for her awesome job and great customer service, while Donna is considered a very sweet stylist who knows what she is doing. Shaniqua, though new, has impressed customers with her attentiveness and ability to listen to their requests. SmartStyle is conveniently located inside Walmart at 6777 Clinton Way, making it easy for customers to stop by for a new look at an affordable price.
I travel all over the country in my RV. When I need my roots touched up, I look for a Smart Style. I know the products they use and I always get good service.
This trip was no different. Nicole did a wonderful job on my color and was professional and nice to talk to. It was a very pleasant experience and everything was done just how I wanted it! Thank you, Nicole!
It was great except there just being one stylist there from opening till 10:30. I had an appointment @ 9:30 she was cutting one abd there was one waiting when I got there, not her fault at all that there was a wait. If you are going to stagger workers maybe a 30 or 45 minute stagger and not a hour and a half.
I love Maria!!! She does an awesome job everytime and she's so easy to talk to...A++ on customer service
Requested style: I have short hair. I keep it buzzed, but i have a natural duck tail so maria always knows to leave the point and not cut it straight across ?
