Extremely kind people I went to ask a question and they were the sweetest most welcoming people. Even though they did not offer the specific service I was looking for they tried their hardest to refer me to other places that did. Will definitely be coming back to them for services just because of their Great consumer service
My dress is very beautiful before it was finished but it was beyond that when completed. It formed to my body as though my wedding dress was made just for me. A panel was placed in the back to make a corset fit, a bussell added to keep my dress from dragging or being stepped on; the inside bra cups altered to fit me, belt sewn on and satin trim around my elbow sleeves that match the belt; the bottom hemmed to the heights of my heels I will be wearing. It was A LOT of work. Miss Sandra is amazing and has the stunning results to prove it. She is so kind and wonderful. I would recommend her 100 times over. I had been burned by another alterations shop in knoxville on a winter formal. What seemed like a simple alteration cost me 350.00 and a ruined gown. For prom I was referred to Sandra because she is experienced with bread work and sequins. What a pleasant experience. We had 2 fittings, perfect alterations that only cost me 150.00. My daughter was very pleased with the way the dress fit and had the time of her life. Thank you Sandra G and to her staff for your personability, professionalism and top notch service.
