Phillip came out and did an estimate for fixing a void under our driveway today and was very thorough and professional. I appreciated the time he spent explaining their process to fix it but unfortunately the estimate was just higher than other companies. Their process of fixing a void was explained as lifting the concrete and supporting with a steel beam whereas other companies fill it with PolyLevel or concrete so I can see where the price discrepancy comes from given more work and price of materials. I appreciated his time and would recommend them/consider them should I have future foundation issues.
Matt and crew arrived at the time scheduled, explained the details of the work that they would be doing and set up quickly to initiate the job. Kept us advised of their progress and steps completed. The job was completed well within the time scheduled. All the crew were friendly and focused on the work to be done. Matt provided an excellent overview of the completed work at the end.
