I was very pleased to receive a very professional, detailed with pictures, report on the condition of our roof. The workers who repaired our roof (there were three) lead by Carlos, were cordial, professional and knowledgeable. They got right to work and contributed to the excellent, written report I received. Shane and another co-worker came out today for what we thought was a roof leak. It wasn't due to the roof, but they pointed out it was due to some flashing around a door, that wasn't sealed properly, that was allowing water to come in. Shane sealed where the water was coming in andstill got on the roof while they were here to make sure everything was okay. That's service above and beyond! Rackley roofing is the best commercial roof company in the Nashville area!
