It never fails that things break right when you’re the most busy. ProCare always gets me right in and gets the job done right! I dropped the truck off this morning when they opened, They replaced my A/C compressor in my work truck, and re-charged the system with refrigerant by lunch, and….. the work was done at a really reasonable price. The team at ProCare did an excellent job on my repair. The price was right on track with others in the area and actually a little lower. Dillon scheduled the job appropriately and got the job completed very timely. This was a timing set, water pump, spark plugs and all new fluids on a 2014 Ford Taurus which is not a simple job. Very pleased with the work they performed.
Finally found some mechanics I could trust! ?? These guys saved me a ton of money on a repair that other shops (3) wanted a ridiculous amount for doing the work.. I had to make an appointment to come back for the work to be done, but I was in and out in no time and pleased with the results. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any other needs on my vehicles and will be letting family and friends know of this gem in Knoxville. THANKS
