Prestige Cleaners

Prestige Cleaners is a highly praised dry cleaning service located in Knoxville, recognized for its exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Many customers express satisfaction with the friendly and courteous staff. One reviewer highlighted the excellent service received while preparing a wedding dress, noting that it was ready three days earlier than expected.

Another customer appreciated the meticulous care taken with their clothing, especially in removing cigarette smoke odors from a suit. They were impressed by the small details, like the careful packaging of garments and the convenience of receiving text notifications when orders were ready for pick-up. The pricing is considered reasonable despite the high sales tax in Tennessee.

Feedback has suggested that the information about the pick-up and delivery service could be clearer on the website, as it is offered as a monthly service instead of for one-time use. This was seen as a minor suggestion for improvement.

Overall, Prestige Cleaners has established a reputation for being trustworthy, efficient, and community-oriented. They actively participate in local programs, such as the Coats for Cold initiative with KARM stores, earning further appreciation from community members. Customers have noted the helpful and friendly team, especially praising an employee for her kindness and work ethic. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Prestige Cleaners is becoming the go-to choice for many in the area looking for reliable dry cleaning services.
