The crew is amazing, diagnosing the situation and getting it fixed within a few days. They are a super duper friendly bunch. The team was incredibly professional and thorough, doing a fantastic job cleaning up and removing the mold. The estimate and scope of work was provided with expertise and willingness. The entire process was smooth, from our initial phone call to the completion of the job, all at a very reasonable price. They came out quickly and was very good at explaining the process. They replaced built-in book shelves and the new one looked really good. They also helped work with the insurance company.

We had water damage and mold from one end of our house too the other from a busted water heater in a crawl space that we were not aware for over a month (huge water and electric bill). We recently had mold removal done in our dining room due to a pipe that had been leaking within the wall for many years. Both our wall and our wood floor were affected. The area was properly partitioned off for health and safety, and they took great care with containment and cleanup. The Mold Drs. Team was careful to keep the rest of our home as clean as possible throughout the process.
The mold removal was thorough and well done. Once the affected area was addressed, they repaired the wall with new sheetrock and materials, leaving the space looking solid and restored.
We appreciate their care, time and craftsmanship.
I called Mold Drs. USA and spoke with Ashley on the phone who was very informative with how the whole process was going to go. She knows her stuff. My mom had a pipe brake in the kitchen that flooded her living room as well. They showed up quickly, got right to work removing the water and made sure everything was properly dried so we didn’t end up with bigger problems like mold down the road.
The team was friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. It was clear they have a lot of experience with water damage restoration and water cleanup.
