I bought the leg and face packages and have been getting treated here at the Knoxville location since April 2023. The staff is very professional and friendly. This most recent time I had a very pleasant experience with Mandi. We discussed weekend plans and good local wing places. She also got my treatment done in a very timely manner which I appreciated.

I have been coming here for a little over 2 years and everyone is really nice and helpful. They make it way more comfortable. There is never a wait and it's very convenient. Today I had Mandi and she was super sweet and careful and cheered me on all the time, making it much easier!

I wasn't completely sold on laser but after the first consult I was sold. I'm on my 4th treatment and have had amazing result. Everyone I have encountered has been beyond amazing!! Today I had Amy for the first time and she did such a thorough and amazing job!! It was clearly a hectic day in the office for them missing a front desk person but they were handling like champs!!!!
