I ordered an arrangement for a funeral, and received a confirmation email. The $128 was deducted from my checking account. A few days after the funeral, I noticed the money was credited back into my account. I didn’t receive an email or phone call stating they cancelled the order. I called to see what happened, there was no explication. I requested the manager call me, but that never happened. I would not recommend The Flower Pot.
Amazing atmosphere and great flowers. I will definitely be coming back if I need more flowers!
The flower arrangements are beautiful. The staff is amazing. They will have my business all the time.
