My wife and moved here from Miami and had an an esthetician named Nicole for years who treated us like we were family. My wife was still looking for someone who had the same quality as Nicole. I took a chance and tried Northshore and they raved about Krystle. They were on the money. She did a great job explaining every step she was doing. She set me up with a plan just for my skin and what I needed to do at home. It really felt good that It wasn’t just a treatment , but a goal with directions for good health . The bonus is she is from Miami like us!

The amount of detail that she put into my massage was amazing. I’ve never had one as thorough as that. I left feeling like I was floating. My neck hasn’t felt that relaxed in years.

I've had massages at Canyon Ranch in Arizona, Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires, Reynolds Plantation, The Grove Park Inn, and many other high-end spas over the years. Without hesitation, I can say that Kristi Dean at Massage Envy Northshore is one of the best massage therapists I've ever experienced.
Kristi is the reason I keep my Massage Envy membership. Part of me is reluctant to write this review because I know it may make her hard to book, but exceptional service deserves recognition.
If you're looking for a massage therapist who can truly compete with the very best spa experiences anywhere, I highly recommend Kristi Dean.
