This is an incredible company which provides excellent products and work, wonderful professionals, and a flexible partnership from beginning to end. They are honest, reliable, and love serving their customers. Thrilled with both major projects we have done with them!
Highly recommend. John, Chris and the rest of their team did a fantastic job on our project and were enjoyable to work with throughout our experience. The also coordinated with our general contractor as we were remodeling our downstairs at the same time. We refinished all our existing hardwood floors and also put down new hardwoods in two rooms, and Mack's was able to seamlessly weave the new hardwoods into the existing hardwoods, and stain them all the same. Our place looks like a completely new house now thanks to Mack's. There were a couple minor, unexpected speedbumps along the way, and they were quick to identify the issue and find a solution. From the first time I called, Caroline was pleasant, kind and patient as she listened to my requests and my questions.John did a fabulous job matching the new wood floors that he installed in the bedrooms to the existing floors in the rest of the house.I am so glad that we went with Mack’s flooring and I would recommend them very highly!
