Luttrell’s Eyewear saved my favorite glasses

I broke my favorite pair of glasses — the ones I’ve been wearing for eight years — when the hinge snapped. I was told by more than one place that they were basically unrepairable. That’s when I brought them to Luttrell’s Eyewear.

I met with Bobby Luttrell Jr., explained the situation, and showed him the hinge. He was honest and said it was rare and complicated, but that he’d try. I walked out a little discouraged… but the very next day he called me and said they were fixed.

I am always treated very well when I go into Luttrell’s eyewear. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service! I have gotten adjustments and repairs many times for NO CHARGE! I highly recommend Luttrell’s eyewear!!

My favorite eyewear place in knoxville for several reasons. The guys who run it have decades of individual and combined experience, they know what they are doing , SUPER nice customer experience and environment to shop in/with . They also do things that other shops might not do anymore or simply can’t do . They had a peice that helped a pair of vintage glasses bought not stab my ears and apparently the only place in town with this little plastic peice (and difficult to fit/find online ) . Next time I get glasses for sure going to selected from there very nice and fashionable selection . Would recommend anyone shop here if they need a pair of quality glasses .
