I spent the biggest part of the day trying to find the piece to fix my camper and ended up driving an hour to get there. They were the only place open and had just what I needed and the parts guy was great and so helpful. The prices were good compared to other places.
We bought our 2025 Grand Design from campers Inn and had an excellent experience, however, we just had a very disappointing experience on the service end, 23 days to replace 3 parts because we couldn't get anyone to respond or call us back, we ended up driving to the location to get any information. We were given a invoice sheet and guess what the cost was more than quoted when we came to pick up our camper(shipping cost we were not told about)😡 Do I love my camper, yes, will I purchase from them again, NO, I expected service along with my purchase!
We purchased our unit from Lazy Days and had a few items to be repaired. The transition to Campers Inn was a bit tricky and frustrating at first but Chris Siegrist, the Service Manager, worked with us until all problems were resolved. Also, Lauren, went above and beyond to get the warranty issues worked out. Both were very helpful and professional!
