I visited intimate treasures Tuesday (9pm) evening (3/14) and the lady working was so helpful. I bought heels and an outfit with her help. She was very kind and even introduced me to the store kitty. I tried on the outfit I purchased when I got home and the bottoms immediately came undone. There is intricate jewels around the waist/hips and this is the part that did not hold together. I called the very next morning (3/15) at open to try to resolve the problem(exchange for the same color and style) and the attendant informed me I could not do this return. My favorite shop in Knoxville! The ladies are always so nice and make you feel comfortable. They always check to make sure everything works before you leave. I love this place so much and will never go anywhere else.
