I have been in pain for over 10 years with migraines, and for the past 2.5 years with ongoing shoulder pain and myofascial pain syndrome. I have been trying to get healthy for that length of time and have been to a variety of chiropractors, doctors, massage therapists, and physical therapists. I have tried everything from elimination diets, piercings, removing my wisdom teeth, and using dry needling and kinesiology tape to relieve my pain.
